1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:
The La Compagnie trade promotion begins May 28, 2024 and ends June 30, 2024. No purchase necessary. Eligible agents may enter once each day during the promotion via the online game entry form, viewing the webinar, or by making a booking on La Compagnie via the GDS.
The promotion is only open to eligible travel agents in the USA with a valid IATA or TIDS number and who are in good standing with La Compagnie. Void where prohibited. Eligible travel agents must be legal residents of the USA and must be at least 18 years of age. Odds of winning depend upon the number eligible entries received.
2. How to Enter:

3. Prizes:
GRAND PRIZE
One grand prize will be awarded by random draw after the promotion ends.
Grand prize includes (Subject to availability. Preferred travel dates may not be available.):
- 2 Business Class tickets for you and a companion to Paris or Milan on La Compagnie
- 3 nights accommodation
- Grand Prize Winner
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is a total APR of USD $5,200.

A $500 gift card will be awarded in a random draw.

There will be 1 gift card given away during the promotion. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this prize of a cash gift card is USD500.
All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners, including any other service or meal not specified in the prize, airport taxes, fees and surcharges which must be paid by credit card at time of ticketing.
A W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) will be forwarded to winners for completion and a 1099 form will be prepared and forwarded to the winners from the United States at year's end. If travel agency does not allow personal awards it must be noted in a letter so that the award may be given directly to the Travel Agency. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for processing.
4. Prize Selection:
a. The La Compagnie promotion Grand Prize winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible ticket and game entries received by June 30, 2024 (mail in ticket entries must be received by July 5, 2024.) Drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted on July 15, 2024 and awarded after eligible entry has been verified.
b. All airline ticket entries will go toward to the agency of the agent who booked. If that entry is selected, a random agent who booked La Compagnie be selected as a winner.
c. Drawing for the additional prize, a $500 gift card, will be conducted on July 15, 2024.
d. Note: Winners of all above prizes will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity form. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All drawings and prize awards for this promotion will be conducted in Scottsdale, AZ by an independent marketing/judging organization whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. Odds of winning a prize by drawing depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the online entry, the entry submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered will be considered the entrant.
5. Conditions:
- Valid for 2 adults
- Valid through December 2024
- Prize is not transferable to a third party, refundable in cash or transferable to other airlines. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or extended after the expiration date nor are route changes allowed
- Airplane tickets are valid for travel by La Compagnie
- Tickets issued as part of this contract are special tickets that will have no cost except for the corresponding taxes. The respective taxes and fees that apply to these tickets must be fully assumed by the winner, La Compagnie does not assume the cost of taxes on these tickets
- La Compagnie is not responsible for the documentation, papers or identification that each passenger needs to travel
- This ticket does not provide for exemption of baggage or overweight discount
- No additional discounts apply to published rates. It cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion
Prizes or awards are non-transferable, and non-refundable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Prize winner and companion must travel together on all dates/flights and are responsible for all required travel documents (i.e.: valid passports, visas, inoculations, etc.). Winner must be a valid IATA or TIDS agent in good standing with La Compagnie at the time the prizes are awarded, at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. resident. Prize letters will be issued to the winners. Winner must make reservations and request tickets at least 30 days in advance of preferred departure date. Seats are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking. La Compagnie award letter will indicate validity date of prizes. La Compagnie condition of carriage shall apply to all air transportation. Award tickets are valid for Business Class of service on La Compagnie. Upgrades are not permitted. La Compagnie is not responsible for the payment of government and airport taxes imposed by the city of origin or destination. Such taxes must be paid when the tickets are issued.
Grand Prize:
Prize is valid until December 31, 2024. Departures are valid from Newark to Paris or Milan operated by La Compagnie.
Due to limited number of seats available, travel may not be available on preferred travel dates. Travel is allowed on flights operated by La Compagnie. No travel is permitted on codeshare flights.
By participating in this promotion or the incentive awards, the winner or entrant grants the promoters permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited). Grand Prize winners and companions will depart from Newark. Winners travel to/from these gateway cities will be at the winner's expense. Winners are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited. Online entrants must have a valid e-mail address and it is the entrant's responsibility to update La Compagnie of any change in their e-mail address. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted by any winner. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of La Compagnie, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion.
By participating in this promotion, entrants (and any travel companion of entrants) agree to release and hold harmless La Compagnie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this promotion, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the promotion or acceptance, receipt use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. La Compagnie is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.
This promotion is not combinable nor endorsable or valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
Participation in the contest constitutes consent by the entrants to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by the sponsors and administrators as provided for in the rules and to administer the contest and to notify the winners and entrants and to publicize the contest. By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Winners' Names:
For the names of the prize winners, send a letter to the sponsor. Names of the winners will be sent when the promotion is over and prizes have been awarded. Requests for the names of the winners and Top Producer must be received by July 31, 2024.
